In 2011, GES Tech Group was retained by General Electric Energy Waukesha Gas Engines, to provide an inertia base or isolation spring mounted skid for a three megawatt genset. FEA modeling with forced vibration and response spectrum analysis were employed to optimize the design elements. GES Tech also designed and certified the pad eye lifting lugs and rigging procedures.
