Insulated Concrete Forms

Construction using Insulated Concrete Forms is an increasingly popular method for cold or hot climates.  The technique involves EPS forms with a reinforced concrete core.  The insulation and thermal inertia inherent to the design provides exceptional thermal performance and a hermetically sealed envelope.  GES Tech Group was involved in several pioneering ICF projects in Colorado from 1997 – 2000 and continues to offer engineering services related to this unique construction method.
