In 2013, General Electric Energy/Waukesha Engine Division requested that GES Tech Group provide skid design and vibration mitigation for a temporary on-site power plant for a drilling operation located in West Virginia, USA. The contract included an on-site inspection to certify and document the vibration performance of the foundation and mounting system. Power spectrum vibration data was collected using a two channel FFT spectrum analyzer.
