Insulated Concrete Forms are also applicable to warm tropical climates like Florida. In 2024, GES Tech Group designed and supervised the construction of a 3 bed room home with four inch concrete forms and a total of five inches of EPS insulation, providing significant thermal inertia and an effective R25 wall system.
