FINISHED PEDESTRIAN BRIDGE OVER I-25 AT 16th STREET, COMPUTER MODEL

and AWARD PRESENTED TO GES TECH GROUP, INC., FOR CONSTRUCTION AND ERECTION ENGINEERING

SHORING AND SHORING FOUNDATION DESIGN, EAST AND WEST SIDES, INSTALLATION SUPERVISION

RIGGING FOR TRANSPORT TO ERECTION SITE, RIGGING OF EAST AND WEST PORTIONS AND ANCHORAGE TO FOUNDATIONS.  ARCH SECTIONS WERE FABRICATED AND TRANSPORTED IN AN INVERTED ORIENTATION.

CENTER PORTION (100,000 LBS) IN FABRICATION YARD AND ALSO ON TRANSPORT TO ERECTION SITE

WEST AND CENTER PORTIONS WERE ROTATED 180 DEGREES DURING A SINGLE RIGGING OPERATION USING THREE CRANES.  PROCEDURE WAS DESIGNED BY GES TECH GROUP AND FULLY MODELED BY FINITE ELEMENT ANAYSIS.  ON SITE RIGGING AND ROTATION OPERATION WAS ALSO SUPERVISED BY GES TECH GROUP, INC.
